A gallery so small cannot do justice to a place as vast as Alaska. Even if one were completely ignorant of its borders one can sense its vastness, the endless wilderness and mountain ranges that dominate its landscape. That's just the land part, the ocean part is equally impressive. I speak from limited experience (a single three week trip), but that was all I needed to be convinced. But I feel like a few more, longer trips are in store.
